Since our so-called globalization era accelerated its development, the different languages of the planet have asserted and perfected themselves. Never have the fifty or so languages that are among the most economically important been so decisive and so structured, on both a grammatical and stylistic level. Indeed, globalization has created a return to national identity that has expressed itself essentially with the importance of local languages and their expressive qualities: the fear of being eaten away by the integrative process of globalization has led to the valorization of specialized culture and, therefore, of the language that expresses and represents it. All the production of cosmic communication has become – and will from now on become ever more – multilingual. Below this standard, one cannot become part of this era.
